Project Overview
This project was a multi-component rural infrastructure redevelopment programme covering three adjoining villages in Satna district under the joint funding of MGNREGS and DRDA. Wave Earth Infratech executed a broad scope of rural civil works including CC roads, drainage channels, community gathering platforms, water harvesting pits, and hand pump platform construction. The project was executed in close coordination with village panchayats, DRDA officials, and community representatives - and directly improved the daily living conditions of over 2,400 residents.
Scope of Work
- CC road construction (M-20) in village lanes and approach roads: 4.1 km
- Open drain construction with RCC cover slabs: 2.8 km
- Community platform (CC) construction: 6 nos
- Hand pump platform and soakage pit construction: 24 nos
- Water harvesting pit construction: 18 nos
- Earthwork and levelling in low-lying areas
- Solid waste disposal trenches: 3 nos (one per village)
- Documentation, measurement, and MGNREGS muster roll maintenance
